At Craftpur, giving attention to the minute details has become our second nature. But not only that. Long hours of hard work, patience and expertise is what goes into each Craftpur pair. And all because we want to since it is such details that our community cherishes about Craftpur. 

Material Selection:

The materials we use are a vital part of our footwear. They can make or break the entire customer experience. Hence the leather, threads, leather soles, even the fabrics are all handpicked very carefully from some of the best tanneries in Lahore and sourced from partners we have built relations with over the years from all over the world. No compromise is made in our selections so that our community gets only the best in the form of the end product.

Animal Welfare: 

We believe in a world where no one is ill-treated. Animals are no exception to this thought. That is why we follow strict rules and regulations regarding any animal products we use in our footwear. The leather we use comes from animals bred for meat production only.

Craftsmanship:

The artisans at Craftpur have perfected their craft through years of experience and hard work, handing down these superlative skills from generation to generation. 

They focus on making sure each fold, stitch, and trim is done with precision and quality in every pair they handcraft. The upper and sole preparation are given equal importance, time and attention to make sure they look their best. 

Handcrafted Shoebox:

The packaging of a product is considered just as important as the product itself, sometimes even more so. 

A lot of care and attention is given to the making of the Craftpur shoebox, in which every Craftpur pair is packed and shipped. The box is constructed out of handmade craft paper made from recycled cardboard material, which can be upcycled. That is how we are playing our part in protecting the environment.

Shipping:

The team at Craftpur works really hard to make sure our community from all around the world get their pairs in time. We keep the community members updated through the entire process and inform them if there are any delays in the timeline. Every community member is like family and we cater to their needs accordingly. 

We offer some exclusive services to your community in our home town, Pakistan. If someone needs their pair within a day, we can definitely make that happen. Each pair in Lahore is hand delivered to the community members at their doorsteps by our diligent team member, Tufail. We also offer some alternate payment methods like local bank transfer.

Handwritten Notes:

If someone is gifting a pair to their family or friend, we send them a special handwritten birthday greeting in their shoebox. On festive occasions, like Eid and New Year, we send handwritten notes with every order. 

Community members often ask for images while their shoe is being made and we gladly send them what they ask for.

After Sales Services:

The customer experience doesn’t come to a stop once the shoe is delivered. We personally message and email community members to ask about the footwear they received, especially in cases of size exchanges or birthday gifts. 

If there’s anyone who needs a size exchange, we’re open to it. Our team guides them through the procedure for the exchange and stays in contact with them till they’ve received the new pair and are fully satisfied with the new size.
