Shipping & Return Policy – Craftpur index

Global Shipping

At Craftpur, we offer free global shipping on all orders over $100 (PKR 27,000/-). For purchases under $100, a shipping fee of $30 will be borne by the customer. We take special care to make sure the products reach our customers in a satisfied, safe and quick manner. We use FedEx for shipping all other international orders and TCS for shipping all local orders. 
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. This email will include details about courier and related tracking information. The production and delivery times are as follows:

Production Time

  • Each pair is made on order.
  • Production time per pair — 3-7 days (you will be notified for any delays in the production timeline) 

      Order Customisation

      • *Urgent order charges — $15 (PKR 4,000) 
      • Customisation charges — $30 (PKR 8,400)
        *in case you wish to get your order in 1-2 days

        Delivery Time

        • International orders (outside Pakistan) — 3-7 business days through FedEx.
        • Local orders (within Pakistan) — 4-5 business days through TCS.
        • Urgent orders (within Pakistan only— 2-3 business days outside Lahore through TCS, and 1 business day within Lahore via Uber bike.
          Please note that for orders outside Pakistan, you might be charged additional import taxes or customs fees. We do not cover any import fee or duties. You can get an estimate of what you will be charged using any online duty calculator. 

          Checkout - Payment via Credit Card

          For secure payment transactions, we encourage our customers based in the US and Canada to use 3DS (3D Secure) credit cards to make payments during checkout. If the payment is not going through, you may be using a 2DS credit card.

          3DS card transactions are verified in three steps: card number, CVV code and OTP (one time password) which is sent on the card holder’s registered phone number. Once the information for all three has been given, only then can the transaction successfully go through.

            Return & Exchange

            Note: We are not catering to international returns and exchanges. This facility is only available for orders within Pakistan. 
            Craftpur offers a 30-day return and exchange policy to our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it’s there for you. 
            • Returned products must be unworn, not damaged, and must include original Craftpur packaging.
            • This return policy does not apply to gift e-cards.
            • For orders outside Pakistan, products cannot be exchanged or returned.
            • Shoes made with customized details cannot be exchanged or returned.
            • Any extra custom charges on the shipping will be borne by the customer.
            • Craftpur will bear shipping costs of 1-time return of products. In case of multiple returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. 
            • In case of discounted articles, return and exchange on orders won’t be catered.

                After Sale Services

                • 1-time minor sole repair, upper and sole refinishing services for PKR 6,000.
                • Shipping charges of shoes sent for repair will be borne by the customer.
                • After sale service charges may vary depending on the condition of the footwear. 
                *Available for customers within Pakistan only. 

                Additional Terms & Conditions

                • Discounts can only be availed at the time of placing order, not afterwards. Especially not after a few days have passed.
