Customisation:

• Customising the colour or material of the upper 
• Customising the colour of the lining  
• Customising the colour of the sole

• No returns, refunds or exchanges on customised pairs.
• Customisation charges will vary depending on the design, availability of material and hard wear.
• Time required for customised order is 15-20 business days.
• We do not use leather of endangered species, as well as exotic skins. 

 

Bespoke:

• For bespoke orders, the following need to be provided by the customer: 
• Picture references of the required design (side view, top view, three-quarter view).
• Hard copy of tracing of feet.
• Measurements of foot length and width in cm. 
• Physical pair for size reference.
