Q: How much will international shipping cost?
We offer free global shipping on all orders over $100 (PKR 27,000/-). For purchases under $100, a shipping fee of $20 will be borne by the customer.
Q: What is your return /exchange policy?
We are currently offering returns and exchanges only for orders within Pakistan.
Orders shipped outside Pakistan are not returnable and exchangeable.
For orders within Pakistan, we have 30 days no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. We are very proud of our craftsmen because they bring every imaginable detail and attention to make the best pair for you. However, there's always room for improvement.
We offer free shipping, returns, and exchanges as a favor for your support, understanding, and flexibility, while we are growing!
Q: Are there any custom fees or duties on arrival?
Sometimes, yes. Depending on the shipping state or countries you might have to pay the custom or duties on your end. Unfortunately we can not include that into our costs.
Q: How do I make a return?
Just email us at hello@craftpur.com, or contact us on our official WhatsApp number +92 320 6667 560. Our team will help & take care of the return.
Q: How are you handling the shipping?
We use FedEx for international shipping and deliver within 3-5 business days. Within Pakistan, we’re shipping through TCS, which takes about 2-3 business days.
*Please note that the making of each pair takes about 5 days as well.
Q: How will you handle exchanges?
If a size we sent isn’t the one for you, we'll gladly exchange your shoes with another size that will fit. We will also pay for the return shipping so you don’t need to worry about anything. Make sure to tell us your standard shoe size and the brand you are wearing, so that our team ships you the perfect fit.
